Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 00bd9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 00bd9 website located at 00bd9.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 00bd9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 00bd9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence will result in account suspension pending verification.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited under applicable local law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must register only one account per person. Duplicate accounts, household accounts, or accounts registered with shared payment credentials are prohibited and subject to immediate closure.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 00bd9 or its affiliated service providers.
• You must not be self-excluded or subject to any voluntary or mandatory exclusion restriction currently active on your account or previously applied by 00bd9.

00bd9 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and age verification checks at any point during a player's use of the platform. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail or refuse verification may have funds held pending review.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the 00bd9 platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must create a registered account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, which will serve as your primary identifier and login credential. You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. 00bd9 will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• All activity occurring under your account credentials — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you, unless you have previously notified 00bd9 in writing of unauthorised access.
• Only one account may be registered per natural person, per device, and per household. 00bd9 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or bonus claims.
• If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 00bd9 support immediately via the email address listed on the platform. 00bd9 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to accounts where the player has not taken reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

00bd9 may, at its sole discretion, close or suspend any account that it reasonably suspects has been registered with false information, is being used for fraudulent purposes, or violates any part of these Terms. In such cases, any funds held may be forfeited subject to investigation findings.

Deposits & Withdrawals

00bd9 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not process international card transactions.

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment partners may be added or removed at 00bd9's discretion with or without notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the player's account verification status.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the player has contacted support and an alternative arrangement has been approved. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player account security.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 00bd9 account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Processing times for withdrawals may vary by payment method but are targeted at completion within 24 hours for verified accounts under normal operating conditions.
• 00bd9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such delay and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

All deposits made to your 00bd9 account are non-refundable once wagered, except in cases of verified technical error. If you believe a deposit was processed incorrectly or a technical error has occurred, you must contact customer support within 48 hours of the transaction to file a dispute.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 00bd9 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which will be published on the platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• All bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 00bd9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it suspects the offer is being abused, manipulated, or exploited in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or used to meet minimum balance requirements for withdrawals unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Players who abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated systems to place bets, or deliberately structuring wagers to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended or permanently closed.

Welcome bonuses, if currently offered by 00bd9, are available to new players on their first deposit only. Eligibility and terms for the welcome bonus will be displayed at the time of registration. 00bd9 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any welcome bonus and may withdraw or alter it at any time.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 00bd9 platform — including live casino titles, slots, crash games, fish shooting games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market on the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets or wagers.

• All casino game outcomes on 00bd9 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. No employee, contractor, or agent of 00bd9 has any ability to influence game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slots and other RNG-based games are published within each game's information panel.

• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or sports event — including server outages, disconnections, or software errors — 00bd9 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly based on available game logs and transaction records. 00bd9's decision on such matters is final and binding.

Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed and a bet slip has been issued. 00bd9 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to pricing errors, whether caused by human error or system malfunction, and to refund the original stake to the player's account balance.

Responsible Gaming

00bd9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools and resources that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to provide safeguards seriously.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Requests to lower a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set session time limits that automatically log them out of the platform after a defined period of play.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a complete break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be suspended and they will not receive marketing communications.

Account Suspension & Termination

00bd9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, account registration rules, or acceptable use obligations.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other attempt to defraud or manipulate the platform.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe specified by 00bd9 following a verification request.
• Voluntary closure request submitted by the player, including self-exclusion requests processed through the responsible gaming tools or via support.

Upon closure of an account for any reason, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus balance subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed due to fraud, Terms breach, or bonus abuse may be forfeited in full following investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 00bd9 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 00bd9 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of 00bd9.

The 00bd9 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary marks of 00bd9. Unauthorised use of any 00bd9 trademark, trade name, or brand element — including use in domain names, social media handles, or paid advertising — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 00bd9 shall not be liable to any player or third party for any loss or damage of any nature arising from or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or business opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond 00bd9's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if 00bd9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional details that may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 00bd9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms
